Xbox 360 Price Cut Offical- 60 GB Model to replace 20 GB
Jul 13th

We mentioned yesterday the rumor going around of a 60 GB Xbox 360, and that it will replace the 20 GB version. Well today, the official word came from Microsoft, and coming this August, Microsoft will have this 60 GB version in the $349.99 price (old price for original Pro), and the current 20 GB will run from now till supplies last at a $299.99 price. Not much else is known on the new addition, such as if it will package any other things different from the bigger Hard Drive and the standard Pro accessories, but to find that out we”ll need to wait for E3 this week. O, and no new prices announced for the Elite (higher end) and Arcade (lowest but cheapest) versions.
If you ever were considering getting a new 360 Pro- now is probably the time to BUY, BUY, BUY!!!

Updates for Windows XP and Vista
May 6th

Well today Microsoft officially (not from some website or file sharing program like BitTorent) released some updates or Service Packs for its XP and Vista operating systems. Both updates are basically a bunch of little fixes to the respective OS, but for all of you with XP, you may actually see some increase in speed by 10 percent (basically your computers will run much faster and better). To get these Service Packs, all you need to do is go to Windows Update (for XP users it is in Start- Control Panel- Windows Update (in the lower left), and in Vista it is in Start- All Programs- Windows Update) and click Check for Updates. A note for Vista users: you should download the update through Windows Update because Microsoft is actually sending out the Service Pack customized for your computer so that it can handle it well (though it may not be today so you should be checking periodically). Also for both XP and Vista users: Make sure you back up your computer if you can, because as the updates are real and should work, you can never be too carefull.
Ok then, so enjoy the update and let us know in the comments if you notice anything new or better like faster starting up times, or anything else.
Future of Cell Phone Shopping?
Apr 18th
ATT and Microsoft have released today in a few select ATT stores a whole new way to shop for a cell phone. This new way is through a Microsoft product called Microsoft Surface. What it basically is, is a huge multi-touchscreen table computer, that in this case, would make your shopping for a new cell phone easier (seeing features of a phone, comparing multiple phones, shopping for accessories, etc.). Right now it is only released in 5 ATT stores in New York (2 stores), San Antonio, Atlanta, and San Fransisco (though more will be in other ATT stores soon). If you want some more info including store locations (for those of you who want to see this in person and/or are getting a new phone), photos of the new giant computer table in action, or video of that giant computer table in action see some of the links below. (Also by the way if your thinking that you want to get one of these as your next computer you may wanna start saving up for 2 reasons: 1. This will cost a whole lot of $$$ when it is released to the general public, and 2. It wont be released to the general public till 2011- or so they say).
